Harrogate Convention Centre’s in-house catering services, Matcham’s, offer a comprehensive service to suit all requirements. It is a contractual obligation that you do not provide your own food and drink at Harrogate Convention Centre.

By Car
From south: 21 minutes from the A1. Take the M1 and A1(M) before leaving at Junction 45 (Wetherby) then take the A661 to Harrogate.
From north: 24 minutes from the A1.Take the A1(M) and exit at Junction 47 (Knaresborough) then follow signs on A59 to Harrogate.

Lifts: Harrogate Convention Centre is mainly accessible by lift. Please discuss any accessibility needs by contacting us at admin@baptistassembly.org.uk

Toilets: There are fully accessible toilets in every area of Harrogate Convention Centre.

Wheelchairs: The venue cannot provide wheelchairs so delegates are encouraged to bring their own. There are allocated areas within the auditorium for wheelchairs. If you are using a wheelchair, please indicate this when booking.

BSL Interpreters: There will be a team of British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters available for all the main sessions throughout the weekend. If you would appreciate the services of our BSL interpreters, please indicate this on your registration. HCC has built-in hearing loops in the Main Auditorium.

Animals: No animal welfare facilities are provided by the venue, therefore pets, except assistance animals, are not permitted unless they form part of an exhibit or display associated with an event and are approved by the venue. Please note that pets must not be left in vehicles.
