Every year, we provide an Exhibition Zone for organisations and charities to exhibit the work they do. Baptist Assembly 2026 presents an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to connect with members of the Baptist family.  

We are pleased to offer a the following packages for different organisations/groups to be part of the Exhibition Zone at Baptist Assembly 2026.

 

What's Included?

There are four packages available, depending on your requirements:

All packages include space throughout the event from 13:00 Friday to 12:30 Sunday.  If you require power for your stand, there will be an additional cost of £150, payable on booking.  Please contact the Assembly Administrator to discuss bespoke packages.

Prices for Exhibiting at the Exhibition Zone 2026

The price for your stand will depend on the type of organisation or group you are, and the package you would like:

If you require power for your stand, there will be an additional cost of £150, payable on booking. 

Request a space in the Exhibition Zone

If you would like to request a space in the Exhibition Zone, please complete an Application Form giving details of your requirements.

Space is limited, so please send us your completed form as soon as possible (and by 10 April at the latest).
Book by the end of November to benefit from the early bird special price for any additional exhibitor tickets.
