Welcome to the January Baptist Times News Round-up, the first one of 2024. The header image refers to this year's Baptist Assembly (17-19 May), taking place over Pentecost, and for which registrations opened this week. There will be a focus on Acts 2 - follow this link for more details.
In addition to the regular mix of stories, opinion pieces and news of baptisms you'll find below, we highlight again the call to prayer from General Secretary Lynn Green and her colleagues in the Core Leadership Team. A recording of the first virtual prayer gathering is now available, and further broadcasts - to which you are invited - are taking place on 7 February and 13 March.
