I so agree with Tim about the value of small churches. What Tim hasn’t covered in this article is the huge contribution he personally has made to the life of the town - football, mayor’s chaplain, pantomime to name a few. There’s a lot to be said for longer ministries, rather than moving on every 7 years or so.

Working in my cab for years I realised;’as a believer ‘I had to meet people ‘where they were at’…not where I wanted them to be.
