Joint Faith and Society / Support Services Update - January 2026 2025
Dear Friends
Happy New Year!
We pray that 2026 will be a time of encouragement and inspiration for you and your church family.
We are joining forces with the Support Services team this month and offering you a bumper edition. At the beginning of the year, together we look ahead trusting in the Lord’s love and grace to lead and guide us. As we trust, we seek the Lord’s truth that we may serve fully in the ways set before us.
In the days after Christmas we were reminded us of the journey of the wise ones, bringing gifts to the Child who is God with us. This is such a great opportunity to reflect on the gifts we have in our hands to offer back to God from the riches given to us in Him.
This update is an opportunity to offer you some tools and resources for your journey. We want to encourage you as you seek new ways to share the good news of Jesus.
Some of these are:
-
Baptist Assembly
-
Getting your church election ready
-
Historic church buildings events
-
Racial Justice Sunday ‘Love Your Neighbour’
-
Upcoming events across our Baptist family
-
And much more!
You will notice the invitation to join with other Baptists at Assembly this May. Many have already booked in and we don’t want you to miss out on the opportunity to come and be inspired; to come and be an inspiration to others.
We pray this update will bless you and your church community and you are encouraged on the journey.
Blessings
Faith and Society Team and Support Services Team
