Calling a female minister

London Baptists have some high quality resources for churches that are preparing for or in settlement, to help them to consider their own theology on women in ministry and how to approach settlement in a way that is equal and fair to both men and women. Many Baptist Churches have different theological views within their congregation. London Baptists have three documents that may prove useful to churches wishing to encourage all members to think this through. Some aspects of the documents are specific to the London context, but the principles will be useful to any church.

1. Calling a Female Minister: A guide for churches in settlement
2. Women in Ministry Sermon Series
3. Calling a Female Minister: Church Meetings

All three resources may be found towards the bottom of this page.
