The latest version of the  BUGB Data Protection Policy  was agreed by the BUGB Trustees in February 2021 and includes our Appropriate Policy Document.  This explains BUGB's procedures for securing compliance for the purposes of Part 4 of Schedule 1 Data Protection Act 2018 in connection with the processing of special category and criminal convictions etc data.
