Empowered to multiply
A two-day gathering for courage and multiplication - the Everyone Everywhere working group shares more information about its next national conference

Building upon previous national conferences in Sheffield (2024) and London (2025), Everyone Everywhere is heading to Northampton in March 2026, to host a two-day gathering built around a simple but demanding conviction: God’s mission is for everyone, everywhere – and as Baptists we’re being called to keep finding faithful and courageous ways to join in.
The Everyone Everywhere Conferences are designed as spacious, hopeful environments where people can think, pray, learn, and be encouraged together – whether they’re already leading something, sensing a quiet nudge towards more, or simply wanting to see the church flourish in their place and time.

Tuesday 17 & Wednesday 18 March 2026
Day One: Women’s Day
10am-3pm, Tuesday 17 March – a space for courage, calling, and conversation
The first day is a dedicated Women’s Day, created as a supportive and empowering space for women who are passionate about the mission of God.
In the light of Project Violet there is a recognition that women experience a variety of stories, contexts, and constraints, and will be coming to an event like this at different stages of life, ministry, faith, and confidence. The women involved in planning this day know that courage often grows best in spaces where honesty and encouragement go hand in hand. That’s what we’re hoping to offer.
The day will include:
-
A keynote address from Ness Wilson, leader of the Pioneer network of churches.
-
Space to reflect on the particular challenges women face in ministry and mission.
-
Time to respond in worship, prayer, creativity and conversation.
-
Opportunities for women to share insights and learn from one another.
If you’re a woman carrying a sense of calling, whether or not you see yourself as a ‘leader’, and you’re looking for a place where that calling can be discussed safely, prayerfully and with others, then this day is for you. If you need to bring a small person with you to be able to come, feel free!
Price: £15 (lunch included)
Or only £25 if you stay for both days!

Day Two: All Welcome!
10am-4pm, Wednesday 18 March – a space for everyone to be empowered to multiply
The second day invites women and men together into a conversation about sharing faith and multiplying churches in today’s rapidly changing context.
Through worship, teaching and prayerful conversations, this day is designed to help participants step back, gain perspective, and imagine what faithfulness to the Great Commission might look like in their own setting.
What to expect
Ness Wilson will offer a morning keynote, helping frame the day theologically and missionally, and at the close she’ll be drawing our learning together into a shared moment of commissioning.
There’ll also be a handful of short, punchy TED-Style contributions from practitioners and thinkers, followed by guided table conversations, creating the space to process ideas together rather than simply consume content.
In the afternoon, participants will be able to choose from a menu of seminars, provisionally exploring:
-
Starting well in church planting and pioneering
-
Sustainable leadership and handling pressure
-
Faith sharing and starting new congregations with young adults
-
Imagining church beyond the single-congregation model
The day closes with worship and commissioning, grounding the conversation in prayer and sending participants back into their contexts with renewed confidence.
