Exhibition to feature work by John Bunyan 


The Angus Library and Archive, the leading collection of Baptist history and heritage worldwide, is running a free exhibition in April, entitled ‘Virtue and Vice and All Things Nice’.

The angus exhibition piccopyThe exhibition, which runs from 20-25 April, will celebrate and showcase some of the extraordinary and unique examples of literature held in The Angus Library and Archive. Featured works will include wonderful accounts of travel and exploration, early examples of children’s literature and a selection of work by John Bunyan, author of The Pilgrim's Progress.

Alongside the exhibition, there is the opportunity to attend two free talks.

23 April 2015 – Prof. Anne Dunan-Page will be speaking on the works of John Bunyan.
24 April 2015 – Dr Hannah Field will be speaking on children’s literature.
