Jesus' Plan to change the world
Session Leader: Clare Earl

This interactive session at the marketplace will help all ages look at Luke 10:1-11 and ask who are the People of Peace that God is asking us to be good news too. As we listen to Jesus’ words together, my prayer is that he will whisper to us all those he wants us to live intentionally with and build community with.

This session will encourage you to see how Jesus sends you to those who you already know to bring the good news.

All Age stories of Transformation

Session Leaders: Vickey Casey, Steve Sanderson, Sarah Stone and Kat Wagner

Three stories from places where BMS works to transform lives, which might just transform yours.

From Nepal, a life-changing care and therapy for some of the poorest people with very serious back injuries – caused often by people falling out of trees, as they try to get vegetation for animals to eat.

From Mozambique, a story of how legal work (yes, mission involving lawyers!) is enabling the most vulnerable people get justice in the most difficult situations.

And from Chad, how your support is helping us operate a Christian hospital in one of the world’s harshest climates, treating and caring for needy people, almost all of them Muslim.

Shaping the Political Agenda Post-Election

Session Leader:  Nick Price and Phil Jump

General Election – what now? This year’s Assembly takes place just 10 days after a General Election. At the time of writing, more than at any time in living memory, we have no idea what the outcome of that election will be.
